Jal

Just Another Lamp, Jal, is based on three main principles: simplicity, quality and purity. It involves the simplicity of design, the quality of materials and the purity of the product’s purpose. This it was kept basic but also gave importance to both glass and light in equal measure. Because of this, Jal can be used in a variety of ways, formats and contexts.

Tutu

Tutu was designed with a motif of dahlia petals. It is composed of many cylindrical papers. Each cylinder hangs from the white aluminum fitting with a red thin string. The material of the cylinder uses Japanese translucent synthetic paper. The designer expressed the vitality of the plant by many hanging crossed red strings. As first impression of the work the designer was felt as the image of the tutu of ballerina skirt than dahlia. The origin of the name of Tutu comes from overlapping the pronunciation of the Japanese cylinder mean "Tutu" with the tutu of ballerina.

Olo

Olo is a unique design, a custom designed peanut, bullet, shaped light. The interesting part of this light is its interchangeability with the mini fuse light. The light is made with three components. The top and bottom are cnc machined billet aluminum. The diffuser is cnc machined cast acrylic rod.

Interconnection

According to the creators, the projection mapping shows the interconnectedness of all things from micro to macro as well as the outer and the inner universe. Conjuring emotions and feelings, the amazing display of color, light and sound aims to reopen the dialogue between the internal and the external, through a cinematic journey from the state of separation to the state of eternal openness. It also incorporates the building itself as part of the spectacle, animating parts of it in a dizzying vortex of motion that plays with the viewer’s senses.

Mi-480

Designed as a decorative light, the Mi-480 deals with the idea of a textured skin, creating layers of transparent, translucent and opaque patterns. The gradients of light and shade that result, give the surface a sense of visual depth which changes depending upon the viewing angle. 480 pieces of acrylic, varying in size are illuminated by a single light source, located in the centre. This further helps create the illusion of a richly textured skin. Carefully placed gaps in the skin allow for rays of light to escape through, creating their own patterns onto the surroundings.
